Solenoid valve working principle and category
There are closed chambers in the solenoid valve. There are through holes in different positions. Each hole is connected to a different oil pipe. The middle of the cavity is the piston. The two sides are two electromagnets. Which side of the magnet coil energizes the valve body and is attracted to Edge, by controlling the movement of the valve body to open or close different oil discharge holes, and the oil inlet hole is normally open, the hydraulic oil will enter a different drain tube, and then through the pressure of the oil to push the piston of the cylinder, the piston again Drive the piston rod and the piston rod drives the mechanical device. This controls the mechanical movement by controlling the on and off of the electromagnets.
Solenoid valves are divided into three major categories:
1) Direct acting solenoid valve:
Features: It can work normally under vacuum, negative pressure and zero pressure, but its diameter is generally not more than 25mm.
2) Step-by-step direct-acting solenoid valve:
Features: In zero pressure or vacuum, high pressure can also be * action, but the power is relatively large, requires a horizontal installation.
3) Pilot solenoid valve:
Features: The upper limit of the fluid pressure range is high and can be installed arbitrarily (customization is required) but the fluid pressure difference must be met.
